I am a fellowship-trained, board certified OBGYN Hospitalist, currently employed at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, where I serve as the Program Director of the OBGYN Hospitalist Fellowship, and the Associate Program Director of the OBGYN Residency Program. My previous work experience includes a faculty position at Columbia University, where I also worked as an OBGYN Hospitalist. Furthermore, I have received certification as an expert witness through SEAK Expert Witness Training

My career bridges clinical excellence with leadership in medical education, quality and patient safety, simulation, and peer review. I also have experience helping to build OBGYN Hospitalist programs and fellowships. Beyond my clinical work, I design and lead educational initiatives for medical trainees, with a passion for mentorship, professional identity formation, and preparing trainees for independent practice.

My professional interests include maternal safety, physician wellness, simulation-based training, quality & improvement, evidence-based medicine, and medical education.

I am available for consulting and expert witness services, offering evidence-based review and testimony grounded in frontline experience and systems-level practice.
